I became your enemy because I tell you the truth
“You can fool some of the people all the time and all the people some of the time, but you can’t fool all the people all the time.” A. Lincoln

“We’re not doing this to gain anybody’s information; to try and steal anybody’s information. We’re doing this to help the public in medical emergencies,” said the fire department Chief.

More strange coincidences continue to mount in East Palestine, Ohio, after a train derailed carrying toxic chemicals – some of which were used in World War I – and were subsequently set ablaze at the behest of Governor Mike DeWine. Since then chemicals have poisoned the water supply, causing mass animal and fish deaths, and many reports of acid rain across the United States and parts of Canada.

However, prior to the train derailment an award-winning film called “White Noise,” a Netflix film featured a train derailment and chemical explosion leading to evacuations, which was filmed in East Palestine, and the setting of the film also took place in 1984 – the year George Orwell’s dystopian “1984” novel takes place. Local and mainstream press actually discussed this and even interviewed one of the extras who lives in East Palestine, and how he relived the events. The film was published in December of last year.

But not long after the movie released East Palestine released a brand digital medical ID app in late-January, called “MyID.” It was first announced in October of 2022, according to a submitted piece to Zerohedge, which is supposedly designed ‘to equip emergency responders with digital health profiles of those who they would be treating.’

The East Palestine Fire Department initially launched the app. Fire Chief Keith Drabick said in a statement:

It’s kind of like the old Medical Alert bracelet or old Vials of Life Program, however this is with new technology. It’s a QR code that we’re able to scan and it will bring up your pertinent information medically related. There is no information that anybody can take and steal your ID with. It’s just for us to be able to take care of patients who aren’t able to communicate with us.

During an October news report in East Palestine, the local reporter said:

East Palestine is known as ‘the place to be.’ It’s way ahead of the curve on a program that can provide better treatment for anyone in the event of an emergency. I learned how it works, and how it could help everyone in East Palestine.

An outreach manager from the project and an EMT said that this “would make my life easier.” Chief Drabick was also interviewed and he said that he hoped “100%” of the residents in the area they serve that have one.

Reclaim The Netfurthered explained how this medical app works: ‘The MyID devices will be key FOBs or wearable devices with QR codes that first responders can scan with a camera to access vital medical information like allergies, underlying medical conditions, and emergency contacts. Authorities insist the system is HIPPA compliant.’

We’re not doing this to gain anybody’s information; to try and steal anybody’s information. We’re doing this to help the public in medical emergencies.

You know, instead of us opening up a bracelet and pulling out a little piece of paper that has that information on or trying to read some kind of engraving on a bracelet, we can now scan it so that all that information pops up.

In order to get residents to received one of these IDs,The East Palestine Fire Department held a sign-up event at the town’s community center this past January, where they were able to raise $5,000 in donations to aid in the release of the program to make the first 250 wearable devices free to the first wave of enrollees.

During this event Brabick addressed the skeptics and naysayers, saying: “Anybody that [is] skeptical? Please come on down. Sit down, talk to us. We’ll be happy to show you everything that goes on with it. We’ll be happy to show you how secure it is.”
