I became your enemy because I tell you the truth

Israelis living in Samaria in the West Bank fear that an attack is imminent after convoys of Muslim women and children were seen evacuating the area and going across the border into Jordan. As Hamas continues its barbaric attacks on the Israeli people, killing thousands and taking hundreds hostage, one of the group’s founding leaders, Khalid Mashaal, has called on Muslims across the planet to “show anger” and conduct a “global jihad.”
Meshaal said: “Tribes of Jordan, sons of Jordan, brothers and sisters of Jordan… This is a moment of truth and the borders are close to you, you all know your responsibility.”
One resident reported that more than 27 large taxi vans carrying Muslim women and children were spotted heading for the Allenby Bridge, which links Samaria to Jordan. The convoy reportedly set off from a village around 45 minutes to the north of Ramallah known as Al Mughayyir, picking up more passengers in Duma.
According to military sources, it drove through fields to get around IDF checkpoints before eventually encountering one. IDF personnel have confirmed that the people in the convoy had plane tickets.
Why would Muslim women and children be evacuated to Jordan while men stay behind? One of the most likely explanations is that an attack is being planned, and these people are being evacuated so they will not be harmed when Israel retaliates. This is supported by reports that masses of Muslim women and children have also been evacuating to the north of Israel within Lebanon
The news has sent locals scrambling to prepare for a potential attack independently. With Israeli forces occupied fighting Hamas in the south and Hezbollah in the north, many locals are concerned they will not get sufficient military protection against any attacks that come from the Muslim villages surrounding them. However, the Israeli military has said that it is ready for an escalation of violence in the West Bank, with forces on high alert and trying to thwart potential attacks.
One resident told Frontline News: “It seems clear that those remaining behind are preparing an attack that will elicit a strong response from our side. They’re sending their families to safety. So why are we waiting?”
Reports have also emerged of Jordanian armored personnel carriers making their way toward the border from Jordan. Frontline News reporter Yudi Sherman shared a video on X in which these armored carriers can be seen on the move.
IDF sources confirm they believe an attack is imminent
Sources in the IDF have confirmed to the publication that intelligence reports indicate an attack by Muslims is expected soon, although they declined to supply further details.
Referring to the West Bank by its Jewish biblical names, a spokesman for the IDF, Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, warned: “Anyone who challenges us in Judea and Samaria will be met with huge force.”
Hamas has urged armies and tribes from neighboring countries like Jordan to take part in their brutal assault on Israel. In Amman, several thousand protesters attended a rally, chanting slogans in support of the terrorists and calling for an end to the 1994 peace treaty with Israel.
Meanwhile, Jordan’s King Abdullah said that peace would be impossible without a Palestinian sovereign state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
Jordan is currently home to roughly 2 million Palestinian refugees. The country lost the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, to Israel in the Six-Day War in 1967.
